*FORO reserves the right to relocate to a similar field or court as needed at its sole discretion

*Reservations are for field size and time of day only, for specific fields please confirm with leslie.b@forosc.com, if not management reserves the right to select the actual field depending on the schedule day of. 

*Goals are set based on field reservation, ask staff to change out and move goals/set up field

*Please submit your request for any equipment changes in advance, subject to an additional equipment charge - get in touch with leslie.b@forosc.com

• 100% CREDIT FOR CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO 4 CALENDAR DAYS FROM RESERVATION

• 50% CREDIT FOR CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO 2 CALENDAR DAYS FROM RESERVATION

• NO CREDIT FOR CANCELLATION WITHIN TO 2 CALENDAR DAYS FROM RESERVATION
